Adventure Time: SCCA San Diego Solo2 – June 2, 2013

Ever since I decided I was going to part out with my 1989 Nissan 240sx SE, I’ve been wondering what I should move onto. Some of my recent ideas included cars that are popular with the Autocrossing world and I decided that I wanted to check out an event just in case I wanted to take part in one sometime in the future. Up to this point, my experience with motorsports have only been with organized drift and hot lap track days at Willow Springs. In addition, I also wanted to take the opportunity to try taking some photos for practice. For the event, I decided to bring along my 70-200 f/4 attached to my 6D. I mostly experimented with settings that hovered around ISO-100, 1/125 shutter speed, and an f-stop of f/8 to f/10. I’m thinking about picking up a 2-3 stop ND filter or a circular polarizer after today. Enjoy the photos!
